Hours of Opening

Please note that our hours of opening from 2nd January 2014 will be as follows:

Monday - Friday     9.00 am - 6 pm

Saturday 9.30 am - 1.30 pm


We will continue to be closed on Bank Holidays.
10 minutes before closing

Would customers please note that our entrance will be locked 10 minutes before the closing times detailed above and no subsequent admission to our vaults will be permitted.

We offer all our clients unlimited access throughout the duration of their contract without any charge.

Subject to availability we also provide private viewing rooms with a desk and chair for the convenience of clients.

If a box holder is in arrears on his/her account we will not allow access to their deposit until the arrears has been paid in full.


We have a wide range of safe deposit boxes that are available for rent.

SECURITY:


Our premises are located in an underground vault in the city center of Accra. We have installed the latest state of the art surveillance equipment with remote monitoring at all times 24/7.

Our staff are all security vetted and have many years of experience in public service. No member of our staff are able to access any rented safe deposit box and are not aware of the contents placed in it by the depositor.
